Our goal is to help you make an informed decision about working with Estia. We will give you a taste of working with us, providing valuable ideas regardless of whether we decide to work together. There will be no paperwork to sign until you have a chance to meet with our team and then sleep on your decision.
Discovery: 15-minute Intro Call
Explore what it's like to work with Estia through a quick discovery call with a member of our team. We want to understand what you are looking to accomplish and mutually determine if our team is a good fit to help. If so, we will schedule a virtual or in-person meeting.
Analysis: 45-minute Strategy Session
In advance of our first meeting, you have the option to send us detailed financial statements or complete our one-page financial intake form. During our discussion, we will dive deeper into your personal and financial goals. Understanding your Why will help our team deliver personalized ideas and give you a taste of what it is like to work with Estia.
Proposal: 30-minute Strategy Session
We present your options and guide you toward a financial relationship that fits your vision and needs. We will cover the investment of time and money to work with our team.
Sleep On It
We understand the importance of hiring a financial planning team, a relationship built on trust. Talk amongst yourselves and come prepaed with any final questions.
Onboarding
We will welcome you to your financial planning website, review any outstanding information our team will need to build your plan and take care of the paperwork to get started.
